Full-time Student Finance

coins

The information in this section is about the financial support available to full-time students starting their studies in 2008.

One really important thing to remember is that financial help is available for all higher education courses not just degrees.

If your course leads to a Higher Education Certificate or Diploma, a HNC or HND, a Foundation degree or an Honours degree, you will be eligible for the financial support listed here.

An easy way to think about student finance is to divide it into either

  • repayable or non-repayable

AND either

  • income assessed or non income assessed

What does that mean?
